Messing around with our Integral Designs Sil Tarp working out some different configurations for short term shelter and came across these images that show some great ideas for setting up your tarp. Gear: Back Country Navigator for Android

Here at Adventure Logistics, we are still big fans of using a map and compass for navigation. However, we do use GPS and have been using a handy little app on our Android phones called Back Country Navigator PRO by CritterMap Software. It is available in the Google Play Store. Check it out. It's good stuff.

Whether it's roving zombie hordes, alien invasions, TEOTWAWKI (The End Of The World As We Know It), or the ever popular SHTF (*?!@# Hits The Fan), the common theme revolves around preparing yourself to survive and exist during a time of adversity.
